1. Do you sell original products?
Yes, all our products are 100% original. Each item comes with its original packaging, tag, and warranty card.
2. Can I have an engraving or modify the design of the product?
Yes, we offer personalization services, including engraving. You can also choose a different type of gold, such as rose instead of yellow, or replace black diamonds with white ones. However, the base design of the product cannot be altered.
3. What materials are used in the jewelry?
Jewelry is made from high-quality materials, including gold, silver, steel, titanium, and precious stones such as diamonds, sapphires, and rubies.
4. Can I try on an item before purchasing if there is no physical store?
We provide detailed descriptions, along with high-quality photos and videos, to help you thoroughly evaluate the item before making a purchase.
5. What are the characteristics of the diamonds used in the jewelry?
The jewelry features diamonds with G-VS characteristics.
6. How durable is the jewelry?
Jewelry is crafted using premium materials and exceptional craftsmanship, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for many years — provided it is worn and cared for properly.
7. What should I do if an item is out of stock?
You can place a pre-order and pay for it on our website. The production time is indicated on the product page. Once the item is back in stock, we will ship it to you promptly.
8. Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
If an issue arises, you can send the item to us — we’ll forward it to the manufacturer for evaluation.
- If it qualifies as a warranty repair, the manufacturer will fix it free of charge.
- You only cover the shipping to and from our office — we take care of the international delivery to and from Italy.
- If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will inform you of the cost after the evaluation, and proceed with the repair only upon your approval.
9. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, if the item was in stock at the time of purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.
For custom-made or pre-ordered items, returns and exchanges are subject to our policy — however, we are a client-oriented company and always open to finding a solution that works for you.
