The delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the contents of your order.

We work exclusively with trusted international couriers — FedEx, DHL, UPS, and Nova Poshta, to ensure safe and prompt delivery worldwide.

Delivery Times

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Ukraine: 1–2 days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• USA, UK, UAE, Canada: 7–14 business days
• Other countries: 10–14 business days

Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Pre-order Items

Some pieces are made exclusively for you and are not kept in stock. Production and delivery timelines range from 2 to 4 months, depending on the production load and the specific item.

Tracking & Insurance

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a personal tracking link via email to monitor the delivery in real time.

Every shipment is fully insured until it reaches you.
