How pre-order works

Some Baraka pieces we do not keep in stock. Instead, we order them from the manufacturer in Italy especially for you, so you receive exactly the model and size you chose.

If the delivery time is shown on the product page

You place and pay for your order, and we pass it to the manufacturer right away. The delivery time counts from the day of payment.

If the delivery time needs to be confirmed

Leave a request on the product page. We check availability and timing with the manufacturer and get back to you within 1–3 business days. If the timing and price work for you, we send you the payment instructions.

While your order is in progress

We keep you updated on every stage. Once your piece is ready, we ship it and send you the tracking number.

Timing

We confirm the delivery time before you pay. Production can sometimes take longer than planned. If that happens, we will let you know right away.

Our guarantee

If your order has not reached you within two months after the confirmed delivery time, we will refund the full amount. No questions asked.

Authenticity

Every piece is an original Baraka item. It arrives in its original packaging, with the tag and the manufacturer's warranty card. All pieces come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

Delivery

Every parcel is insured for its full value until it is in your hands. You see the final price for your country at checkout, before you pay.

Cancellation

Changed your mind? You can cancel a pre-order within 48 hours of payment. A 6% fee is deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.

Exchanges and returns

After that, a pre-order cannot be cancelled, and pieces received are not eligible for exchange or return, except where required by the law of your country. That is why we help you check your size and answer every question before you order.
