We work exclusively with trusted international couriers — FedEx, DHL, and UPS — to ensure safe and prompt delivery worldwide.

Delivery Times

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Europe: 5–10 business days
• USA, UK, UAE, Canada: 7–14 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–14 business days

Most in-stock items are dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Pre-order Items

Some pieces are crafted exclusively for you and are not held in stock. Production and delivery timelines range from 2 to 4 months, depending on the production load and the specific item.
