Shipping policy

Orders placed on Baraka Store can be delivered every day of the week. Orders over 400 euro shipping is free. If the order is less than 400 euro delivery is 30 euro.

Delivery times

If the item is in stock, the estimated delivery time is 7-14 days. However, if the item is on pre-order, the delivery time will be 45-60 days.

Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide. Baraka Store cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we'll try to minimise any potential delays.

Depending on your location, our orders can be delivered by different couriers like FedEX, DHL, DPD or UPS.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem, you can cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet.

How to cancel your order:

  1. Please email us at customercare@baraka.store to initiate the cancellation process.
  2. In the email, please provide us with your order number, the items you wish to cancel and the reason for the cancellation.
  3. We will send you a confirmation email once we have processed your cancellation request.

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, we do offer a refund service. For further details on order cancellations and returns, please refer to our Refunds Policy.

To cover the cost of the payment system, we retain 6% of the order value. You will be refunded within 14 days, subject to the policies of your payment provider.

Pre-order items

For custom and individual items, cancellation is only possible within 48 hours of placing the order. Please follow the above-mentioned steps to initiate the cancellation process.

The standard lead time for pre-order items is 3-4 months. But due to the nature of pre-ordered products, production time may vary, as the product is created especially for you.

Duties and taxes

If you're in any of the locations below, we include the cost of duties and taxes in your order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay and there are no additional delivery fees.

After you’ve placed an order, we’ll email you with all the details. Once your order is sent, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number.
